3D Data in any Direction

With the solution COM/FOX, you are able to convert and optimize CAD data. This derived 3D data can be used for variety cases within the development process.
The converted 3D data are required e.g. for the Product Design created by differend CAD systems, for the DMU Analysis with derived 3D models, for VR Evaluations with optimized surfaces, for the FEM Pre-Processing, for the Digital Production Planing or for the Tool and Die Development.
Through free selectable converter modules for the different conversion requirements, COM/FOX is configurable and scalable. For example there are modules to convert CATIA to JT. COM/FOX has the ability to convert the different formats full automaticaly by the integrated Batch component.

CAx Multiformat converter COM/FOX

To convert 3D data, COM/FOX asserts his position as a very versatile and cost-efficient solution. 
For the conversion of 3D-Data a multiplicity of converters for different formats are offered. 
The fact that all information relevant to production is retained during conversion is particularly useful for supporting processes in “drawingless” product development. If needed, work can also be performed in Chinese or Russian. 
Depending on customer requirements, COM/FOX can be integrated fully into CATIA V5/V6, so that conversion tasks can be started immediately and interactively from within the CATIA user interface.
By that e.g. you are able to convert CATIA V5/V6 to JT.
